What details do I need to provide?

We require; main contact name, company name, address, telephone number, fax number, website, email addresses, registration number, names of employees authorised to speak with Lexicon Logistics.

What are your working hours?

Our working hours are 08.00 – 18.00 hrs Monday to Friday, but we are available outside of these hours should our services be required.

How long does it take to open an account with Lexicon Logistics?

Once you have provided the requested details we can start work immediately.

How can I divert my landline or mobile to Lexicon Logistics?

Majority of landlines allow you to divert calls to another number if you are out of the office, on another call or your line is busy and we can arrange this should this service be required. From your mobile, you need to select Call Divert and follow instructions. Again, we can help with this, should this service be required.

Do you have temporary staff, agency staff or students working for you?

No, we only employ full time staff after a strict interview process to ensure they have the skills and capabilities to be a Lexicon Logistics Employee.
